Great Harvest Stuffing Recipe

     Fills a 12-16 pound turkey or an 8" square pan

1 loaf of Great Harvest Stuffing Bread
     or 1 bag of Great Harvest Stuffing Cubes
1 stick (4 oz) unsalted (sweet cream) butter, cut into small pieces
1-1/2 to 2 cups Chicken Broth
     or water reserved from Giblets

Slice the loaf into 2" cubes and store in a brown paper bag for 3-4 days before preparing the stuffing.

Alternative: spread cubed bread evenly on a baking pan and dry in the oven for 3 hours at 200 degrees F

Place dried cubes into a large bowl and add butter. Add enough broth or giblet water to moisten the cubes.

Variation: add 1 cup chopped nuts or dried cranberries (or both!) before baking

Bake in an 8" x 8" pan at 325 degrees F for 50-60 minutes or until the top is brown.

For a bigger bird or a 9" x 13" pan, double the recipe
